Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Acquire new relationships in line with the Special Assets strategy as well as broaden their existing client relationships through achieving a greater share of the wallet and higher cross sell ratios.
- Provide the highest levels of customer service to new and existing Special Assets customers in the region and act as the one-point of contact to fulfill all the needs of Special Assets customers.
- Conduct regular visits to your Special Assets customers in-line with Special Assets strategy and act as the main point of contact for servicing the customer, providing information, answering inquiries and resolving issues in-line with agreed SLAs.
- Actively solicit client feedback on value proposition and for new product ideas and ensure communication of customer feedback to Segment Management team.
- Leverage insights and data on customer needs, requirements and behavior in order to build deep customer relationships.
- Participate in the identification and establishment of new client relationships, consistent with the Banks strategic and commercial objectives.
- Prepare regular meetings with your portfolio of clients to introduce the banks products and services in order to maximize portfolio revenues and ensure that customers are satisfied with services received.
- Assist in the maintenance of ongoing dialogue with customers to ensure that they are aware of all the banks products/services relevant to their situation and credit analysis.
- Gather information on existing and potential clients; analyse their credit worthiness, credit data compilation and financial information interpretation in order to ensure a continuous workflow with all required information available.
- Consistently profile existing and potential clients in order to identify overall banking needs and thus introduce clients to appropriate new products and services.
- Assist in the ongoing development of account plans in a consistent and timely manner in order to swiftly follow-up on identified business opportunities and regularly update team leader about portfolios accounts development.
- Consistently achieve sales and revenue targets for existing and new customers and also ensure customer profitability targets are met.
- Collaborate with the banks investment arm to provide customers with investment products and comprehensive advisory services in line with all binding local regulations.
- Provide support to ensure that a consistently high credit quality is maintained at all times within the Special Assets credit portfolio.
- Must be proactive in recommending improvements to departmental procedure and direct the implementation of instructions and controls covering a specific area of activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
- Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate departmental statements and reports to meet the banks and department requirements, policies and standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business-related major.
- 8 -10 years relevant experience in banking sectors including at least 4 years in positions in relationship management.
- Knowledge of Banking Industry (Structured Finance and Distressed Assets).
- Must have exemplary Financial Modelling experience.
- Must astute knowledge of how to competently build valuation of a company's real value.
- Selling skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to drive and achieve desired results within the defined time duration
- Ability to interact with internal and external customers in a multi-cultural environment
