Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

1. Evaluate Educational Programme in terms of effectiveness.
2. Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower and Institutes for applicable training resources.
3. Coordinating with E-learning Specialists for the implementation and effective delivery of the Educational Programme.
4. Develop Educational Programme courses to fulfill requirements of the company, to ensure adequately trained and skilled Trainees.
5. Plan effective logistic support for the ELC participants requirements.
6. Follow up the consistency of the participants utilizing the programmes offered by E-learning center.
7. Participate as an active member of the interviewing and selection panel of new trainers discipline wise.

Requirements

- University degree in Education, University degree in Human Resources processes, Technical experience is an advantage.
- Experience in the field of Education & training (not less than 5 years).
- Fluent in Spoken and Written English.
- Professional in seating up training Educational Programme.
- Excellent in Hard and Soft skills.
- Self-awareness of personal strengths, development needs and impact on others

Internal:
Department Managers, Trainers, & Capability Coaches.

External:
Liaising with Ministry offices, educational and Training Institutes.
