Specialist L&D - Quality and Training Development - Qatar Airways - Doha

Exciting career opportunity within Learning & Development Department!

In this role, your are responsible for the development and the continuous improvement of training courses. This will include the development and use of a Quality Management Methodology and the conduct of evaluation and validation activities in support of that system. You will also be involved in the systematic approach taken to conduct Training Needs Analysis and then developing courses to address those needs. Your hands on experience in the training process and course design is essential to the role.

You will create solid professional relationships with Management at all levels within the business. You will assist with the planning and design of Training quality management activities.

It will be your responsibility to design and develop training materials based on best practice Learning & Development methodology as well as assist with the planning, developing and designing of quality management activities.

Requirements

We are looking for L&D specialist with a "can do" attitude and solid background in Training Needs Analysis, course design and Training evaluation.

You will hold a Bachelor Degree from a recognised university. A minimum of 5 years experience in multiple roles within Learning and Development functions is a must. Your excellent written and spoken communication in English is essential. Having exposure in diverse organisational structures is fundamental to be able to excel in that role.
