Employment: Full Time

The Specialist - Planning, Reporting & KPIs is responsible for determining the metrics and fulfilling the analysis needs of the Business and HR leaders. The incumbent is responsible for establishing HR reporting frameworks and liaising with stakeholders to ensure that data is available in a timely and meaningful manner. He/ She is also responsible for preparation of analysis and reports for senior management regarding workforce demographics, progress on key HR initiatives, and utilizing Lawson data to provide data analytics.

KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Works closely with Manager - HR Analytics and Reporting to determine the metric and analysis needs of Business and HR leaders
- Develops and maintains HR scorecards/dashboards and other HR reporting framework and templates
- Establishes sustainable and timely data collation procedures
- Ensures data analysis and metrics are available, in a user friendly, secure, accurate and well-presented manner for a range of stakeholders
- Develops HR reports, plans, budgets, audits, performance targets and metrics, to support continuous improvement efforts
- Creates a framework of HR Data sets categorized under Describe, Predict and Explain, including characterization of HR data by type, metrics, scope and source
- Develops a dictionary to improve understanding of key metrics
- Designs and implements HR Operational reporting for measurement of efficiency, compliance, data exploration, and integration
- Designs and implements operational reports for benchmarking, multidimensional analysis and dashboards
- Supervises the Analyst- Planning, Reporting and KPIs in the preparation of analysis and reports for senior management regarding workforce demographics and progress on key HR initiatives
- Develops and consolidates various reports using business intelligence and best practice approaches
- Develops reports and tools to measure and predict talent performance
- Develops predictive models and scenario planning for integration with workforce planning
- Coordinates the development and maintenance of the HR Business plan
- Manages the development and implementation of a performance monitoring system, ensuring data quality and compliance with internal and external audit requirements
- Ensures professional, ethical and hospital accreditation standards are adhered to in line with recruitment policies, legal requirements and Joint Commission accreditations. This includes privacy and confidentiality in all discussions, communications and record keeping
- Provides accurate data driven advice and recommendations in a timely manner to the Manager-HR Analytics and Reporting and to other senior stakeholders in regard to HR analytics
- Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team, and ensures effective application of the Sidra performance management process
- Directs planning and selection of manpower for the Planning, Reporting and KPI team in line with the business and operational plans
- Ensures high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on-going feedback and coaching team members
- Adheres to Sidras standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies

In view of the evolving needs and opportunities within Sidra during this pre-operational phase, this position may be required to perform other duties as assigned and reporting relationships may vary.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or related quantitative science field.
- 5+ years of full-cycle reporting systems implementation and management experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of contemporary workforce analytics and Business Improvement frameworks and theories.
- Demonstrated success in implementing reporting systems and processes within a large complex environment.
- Ability to work effectively within an international and multi-cultural environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build mutually beneficial and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to apply systems thinking and approaches.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
