The RoleThe RolePLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A POSITION ON A FIXED-TERM CONTRACT--2 YEARS CONTRACT. Overview: * Plan and manage the phased migration of existing Al Nokhba customers to Fibre on a zone by zone basis. * Liaise with the Contact Centre, Al Nohkba Contact Centre, Â FTTx product manager(s) to communicate Consumer VIP processes, scripts and any knowledge based tool enhancements which will assist the handling of Consumer VIPs (including blocking and first contact handling) * Actively work with Marketing Communication & PR to help execute national awareness campaign aimed at project launch and implementation. * Ensure complete End to End solutions are delivered which interop with existing customer solutions, plant and equipment. * Consult with customers and/or Al Nokhba call centre when VIP install teams are on-site and via personal visits, calls etc to cater for potentially non-standard mass market and bespoke solutions. * Deliver and exceed customer expectations while delivering in a high pressure and multi-location environment. Business Impact This role contributes to the project launch and success by meticulously managing Al Nohkba services for all FTTx Consumer products & services. Costs & Profitability Delayed & incorrect project implementation will lead to losses and will affect Qtel's image. Problem Solving * Make sure all issues are reported properly. * Implement a problem resolution strategy and plan external resource allocation aiming to minimize problem resolution time. Â * Make sure all issues are solved within permitted timeframe. Planning & Organizing * Develop plans and procedures to implement activities to improve quality and efficiency of rollout. * Monitor rollout performance and bring to the notice of program lead areas of concern. Team working, Coaching/Development & Leadership (Coaching & Leadership applicable to people managers) Work as an effective team member within the consumer and as a project team to help meet project goals and objectives. Communicating, negotiating & influencing * Establish and manage multiple cross-functional relationships, coordination and communication lines with all project teams and Qtel business units. * Work closely with all external vendors and establish a productive association. Decision Making * Authority to take decisions in the area of rollout and services * Has the authority to manage implementation issues with other project teams * Bring to the notice of superior all issues of strategic importance. |
RequirementsRequirements* Successful migration of all VIPs in a given OLT area (pending availability and interop) * Delivery & rollout of all new products & services as per project plan * Customer complaints directly involving Consumer VIP liaison team * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Marketing * MBA is an advantage |
