Job description / Role
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
Shall have minimum 10 years’ experience in RTDS testing for protection system. Candidate shall be a Power Systems Engineer specialized in HV protections relay testing with background on modeling and simulation software (CAPE, ASPEN, EMTDC, PSSE, PSCAD, ETAP, etc). Candidate shall be capable of preparation and performing various RTDS tests (for new product approval, validation of existing product and identification of any mal-operation) on protection products for transmission and distribution. He/She shall also be able to develop required modeling for performing of the RTDS tests and issuance of recommendation reports.
Requirements
Shall have the ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing. Must have the ability to work well with people from varying disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience. Strong technical writing skills, comprehension of technical manuals. This position will require a thorough understanding of system protection testing principles.
