Employment: Full Time

The Specialist - Reporting is responsible for coordinating and generating a full spectrum of ITPMO reports with utmost accuracy and precision. He/She defines, designs and delivers regular /on-demand reports to address diverse Business and IT stakeholders needs and expectations, in a timely and professional manner.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Produces required project, program and executive reports by managing the process of collecting and distributing performance information, including status reports, performance measurements, earned value management reports and forecasts
- Establishes a reporting framework and/or reporting cycle and performs regular updates to adapt any changes in stakeholder requirements
- Reviews and maintains ITPMO stakeholders reporting requirements and related communication plans
- Integrates and oversees projects (and other initiatives) communication plans and reporting requirements, and ensures their timely execution by either personally owning them or through assigned owners
- Builds systems and processes needed to support ongoing and future reporting needs
- Analyzes the reporting needs of stakeholders and identifies gaps within our current systems and processes
- Consolidates different project activities and team progress information, analyzes and produces customized reports for targeted audience
- Assists the Manager Portfolio Management in identifying and defining portfolio performance reports
- Identifies, accesses and queries multiple data sources to extract and consolidate data for reports and analysis
- Acts as the focal point for any detailed data analysis, metrics and reporting queries
- Collaborates with project teams and other stakeholders to instill an analytical and data-driven reporting culture
- Manages the flow of ad hoc reporting requests from stakeholders, establishes priorities and sets expectations and delivers against those priorities
- Supports management to develop and maintain required dashboards and KPIs
- Develops processes to compile quantitative and qualitative data to feed those dashboards
- Explores new ways to analyze and visualize data
- Adheres to the reporting timetable ensuring all deadlines are met
- Researches and recommends technology to meet reporting requirements and automates report production and delivery where possible
- Evaluates analytical tools to improve ITPMO reporting capabilities
- Updates job knowledge by studying trends and developments in management reporting
- Supports a number of ad-hoc initiatives on a non-recurring basis
- Adheres to Sidras standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies

In view of the evolving needs and opportunities within Sidra during this pre-operational phase, this position may be required to perform other duties as assigned and reporting relationships may vary.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in a related field
- 8+ years experience in an IT environment including at least 3+ years experience in
- Project management or coordination
- Utilizing project management methodologies, best practices and processes.
- PM tools, techniques, and managing medium to large scale IT projects
- Data/Business Intelligence analysis and Management Information reporting and production
- Project Management (CAPM or any other)
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in designing and creating project reports
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in written and spoken English
