Employment: Full Time

The basic job functions of the Specialize Sales Manager is to proactively and systematically develop new sales channel for sales 3G product and E- top up

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Represent Asiacell in a positive and professional manner in and outside of Asiacell
- Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals
- Identify areas of improvement in the company and assist in creating and implementing solutions
- Keep up to date on market trends and new products
- Identify and investigate growth opportunities for the company with our customers
- Provide constructive feedback to department employees
- Instruct, train, mentor and manage indirect reports and other inside sales resources as assigned
- Sell Asiacell services and reach revenue quotas for existing customers, compensation plan
- Provide guidance to the distribution sales team and improve overall distribution sales channel performance
- Develop attach plans for key distribution prospects and close distribution customer business
- Manage, train, mentor and evaluate our dealers and POSs regarding 3G necessary to secure the contracts
- Track personal and report sales statistics report team targets
- Develop and deploy plans to increase Asiacell distribution
- Work with Business Development representatives to bring in new business.
- Work with Marketing Unit Heads and Managers to solve and improve the product
- Be prepared to provide detailed reports to the distribution Managers on Monthly Revenue and sales.
- Provide write-ups "for approval of any "out of box" sales to hand-off with sales orders to Asiacell
- Promote a positive sales and service TEAM aspect at Asiacell while acting in a professional manner.
- Required to sign all Asiacell confidentiality statements and Sales Compensation Agreement.
- Use professional business judgment and be prepared to define plans, justify actions, and identify options as appropriate to the distribution Channels Manager
- Deploy and maintain effective programs for distribution business capture that are cost justified

Requirements

- Motivated and self-directed sales professional that can operate within proper guidelines
- Exceptional communication and language skills (English and Arabic) with very good presentation and negotiation capability.
- Advanced MS Office skills and advanced networking and relationships in the industry
- Must demonstrate competence in management, networking, target marketing to specific prospects, and have advanced selling skills, along with the ability to mentor a team to those same disciplines.
- Proven people management skills with effective experience in training, managing, mentoring and evaluating
- Work under the guidelines and directives of the Distribution Manger for all campaigns
- Ability to Travel all over Iraq for Business purposes without any restriction.

The following will be used to evaluate the performance of the Specialize Manager:
- Regularly meets performance targets for Sales Plan activities for E top up
- Regularly meets performance targets for Sales Plan activities for 3G
- Regularly meets or exceeds sales quotas, both personal and team
- On time performance, work ethic and quality of distribution Team and Personal Development Plans
- Provides accurate forecasts, updates and requested reports to distribution of Sales
- Ability to lead by example and manage/mentor reports and peers
- Management Objectives may be assigned to further measure and reward top performance
