Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As a specification Engineer, you will utilize your engineering skills to aid in technical support of the anchoring systems and concrete repair, protection and strengthening products to the customers. You will be responsible for building relationships with design professionals, specifiers, and major contractors to obtain the specification and sale of Companys products. You will be also responsible to run structural analysis wherever required and provide design calculations for anchors and concrete strengthening, also responsible to providing technical presentations for individuals, groups, and professional associations involved in new construction and/or the repair and rehabilitation of existing structures. You must also be willing to travel as needed, but the majority of his time will be spent in an office environment.

Requirements

B.S or MS Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering

3-4 years minimum structural design experience including reinforced concrete structures; or 5 years minimum resident/jobsite engineering experience

Practical working knowledge of common concrete and steel construction methods

Prior design experience concrete restoration/Strengthening is a plus

Excellent presentation skills

Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Experience in concrete deign methods based on ACI, BS ETA

Strong work ethic

Willingness to travel

Preferable presentable female with structural engineer- single
