Job description / Role
Job Role:
- Prepares material lists and specifications to be used as standards by Quantity Surveying department for preparing Specification for the particular project and to be used by the Supervision Department for Construction activities.
- Analyze plans and drawings to be able to determine materials specifications.
- Writes technical descriptions specifying material qualities and properties, utilizing knowledge of material standards and construction procedures.
- Write Outline Specifications & Detailed Specifications in CSI format
- Interpret architectural, engineering and contract documents (drawings and specifications) and assist the Project Manager /Lead Quantity Surveyor in locating information particular to the project.
Requirements
Salary: GBP 4K monthly (tax free) + benefits
Nationality, Preferable UK or EU National only.
Years of Experience, above 6-8 years.
It will be an additional advantage if candidate have GCC experience.
