Job description / Role
Working for a multinational sports brand, this role is responsible for strengthening the brand image in the market via successful collaborations with footballers, football teams and clubs in the region.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and implement a regional marketing plan in line with the global marketing strategy for the football category
- Secure brand-relevant sponsorships and associations with athletes , football teams and football clubs in the region
- Create and oversee all sports-related marketing events in the region
- Manage the sponsorship budget for the region
- Ensure excellent execution of the football category and the brand associations
Requirements
- Great passion and knowledge about football in the Middle East
- Fluency in Arabic
- Experience in sports marketing or sports event management for a multinational brand
- Experience in media buying and/or media planning
-Experience managing a marketing budget
- Strong influencing skills and interpersonal skills
