Job Description

* Ensure 100% satisfactory service provided for Customer & RM's/TM's.
* Ensure customer calls are addressed timely and appropriately on the same day.
* Ensure all accounts are open within agreed TAT (3 days).
* Ensure all account opening documents are checked as per the checklist & copy to be filed before submission.
* Ensure all E forms are processed (in CEMS) within agreed TAT and follow up to be done on timely base within the stakeholders.
* Ensure CMO referrals are reverted on the same day.
* Ensure all delegated CSM perform call backs for CMO referrals and send for processing on the same day.
* Check and scan all investments subscription /redemption documentation for accuracy.
* Ensure complete adherence to communicated processes and policies.
* Identify and adopt better controls for day-to-day operations.
* Ensure timely and accurate escalation of service issues that cannot be resolved by CSM to Head/ Sr.CSM.
* All complaints all logged within timely basis on CEMS.
* Provide daily update of instructions received and processed to RM's/TM's to ensure nothing has been left without responding.
* Ensure daily updating of general MIS / eBundle MIS.
* Ensure within 3 working days all clients are called by the delegated CSM as an introduction call and daily MIS updated accordingly.
* Ensure document storage retention management policies are followed.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and adopt better controls for day-to-day operations.
* Ensure timely and accurate escalation of service issues that cannot be resolved by CSM to Head/ Sr.CSM.
* All complaints all logged within timely basis on CEMS.
* Provide daily update of instructions received and processed to RM's/TM's to ensure nothing has been left without responding.
* Ensure daily updating of general MIS / eBundle MIS.
* Ensure within 3 working days all clients are called by the delegated CSM as an introduction call and daily MIS updated accordingly.
* Ensure document storage retention management policies are followed.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

- UAE National is a must
- Good English communication skills (written & Spoken)
- Excellent customer services attitude
- Prior 3-5 years of customer relationship management experience in the similar industry.
