The RoleThe RoleWe are looking to hire an energetic, hard-working, Bi-lingual, quick-thinking Sr. Compensation Analyst into our team. The perfect candidate will have a desire to continue to analyse and implement new systems and processes while maintaining the process already in place. Required Skills and demonstrated knowledge of: Compensation Planning, Design and initiative HR Analytics Conduct and Analyze Survey Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills; is able to communicate clearly in a variety of settings and styles; and can get messages across with desired effect Accountabilities Provide continuing analysis Implementation of performance management system Demonstrated ability to be flexible Related HR duties as assigned |
RequirementsRequirementsMinimum Requirement: Minimum of Bachelors degree in HR management or a related field. CCP or GRP preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation Compensation Planning and Design experience, and hands on experience with HRIS. Arabic and English proficiency Strong HR analytics background Priorities to Qatari Nationals |
