The Role


The Role


We are looking to hire an energetic, hard-working, Bi-lingual, quick-thinking Sr. Compensation Analyst into our team. The perfect candidate will have a desire to continue to analyse and implement new systems and processes while maintaining the process already in place.

Required Skills and demonstrated knowledge of:
• Compensation Planning, Design and initiative
• HR Analytics
• Conduct and Analyze Survey
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills; is able to communicate clearly in a variety of settings and styles; and can get messages across with desired effect

Accountabilities
• Provide continuing analysis
• Implementation of performance management system
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible
• Related HR duties as assigned

Minimum Requirement:
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in HR management or a related field.
• CCP or GRP preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation
• Compensation Planning and Design experience, and hands on experience with HRIS.
• Arabic and English proficiency
• Strong HR analytics background
• Priorities to Qatari Nationals
