The Company

Our Client is a Leading Real estate Investor, Developer & Manager for Tourist related projects in the Sultanate of Oman. Creating and delivering a world class portfolio which features sports venues, luxury hotels, resorts‚ business destinations such as conference and exhibition centres through large joint venture developments.

The Role

They are currently seeking a Senior Architectural Design Manager to join the development team in Muscat, Reporting to the COO:

Lead a team of design engineers to develop a variety of tourism and hotel facilities from concept to delivery stage by employing appropriate project management techniques, resource planning, risk assessment, vendor management and value engineering initiatives.

• Coordinating with construction to ensure design & development objectives are met as per plan
• Reviewing and approving of all project designs to ensure that they are in line with concepts.
• Facilitate meetings with design consultants to ensure specifications & design objectives are met
• Ensure appropriate monitoring performance of external consultants in design phases

• Degree Qualified in Architecture
• 15-20 years experience
• Experience working with luxury Hospitality/Hotel projects
• Large scale project experience
• Excellent command of English
• Available to start on short notice
