The RoleThe RoleThe Company Our Client is a Leading Real estate Investor, Developer & Manager for Tourist related projects in the Sultanate of Oman. Creating and delivering a world class portfolio which features sports venues, luxury hotels, resorts business destinations such as conference and exhibition centres through large joint venture developments. The Role They are currently seeking a Senior Architectural Design Manager to join the development team in Muscat, Reporting to the COO: Lead a team of design engineers to develop a variety of tourism and hotel facilities from concept to delivery stage by employing appropriate project management techniques, resource planning, risk assessment, vendor management and value engineering initiatives. Coordinating with construction to ensure design & development objectives are met as per plan Reviewing and approving of all project designs to ensure that they are in line with concepts. Facilitate meetings with design consultants to ensure specifications & design objectives are met Ensure appropriate monitoring performance of external consultants in design phases |
RequirementsRequirementsThe Requirements Degree Qualified in Architecture 15-20 years experience Experience working with luxury Hospitality/Hotel projects Large scale project experience Excellent command of English Available to start on short notice |
