The RoleThe RoleOn behalf of our client, a leading and reputed local holding company, we are looking for an experienced Sr. Leasing Executive for their property arm. Responsibilities include: - Leasing of large multi-unit residential and complex/high value or bulk commercial units to ensure maximum rental values are maintained, department’s revenue targets are met, vacancy times are limited, and customers are retained and satisfied at every step. - Advising and providing expertise to clients and line management in relation to markets trends and rental rates. - Generating business leads through developing a network of key sector contracts and marketing /advertising initiatives. - Key accountabilities include: • Leasing ( generating revenue) • Market Analysis and Business Development • Customer Satisfaction and Relationship • Operations (handover of property and weekly reports) |
RequirementsRequirementsTo be shortlisted for this role, you meet the requirements below: - At least 4 years real estate local market (UAE) experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi - Must have wider and deeper knowledge and understanding of economic and real estate market with direct experience in transacting both residential and commercial deals - Must have at least a Diploma or equivalent in management/business field - RERA Certification would be an added advantage - Must have strong excellent English and Arabic communication skills - Must have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills - Must have good IT skills (MS Office) - Must possess UAE driver’s license |
