Job description / Role
• Review, update and manage specific investor relation and communication initiatives pertaining to the IR Strategic Plan.
• Works with Finance, corporate communications and Company Secretariat in the preparation, review and distribution of investor press releases and any related filings.
• Acting as a point of contact for the international investment community.
• Maintaining proactive and reactive dialogue with international, retail investors and analysts.
• Manage strategic investor relation plans pertaining to emergent company issues.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Investor relations role
• Fluent in English & Arabic
• Strategic experience
• To work with the CFO to actively develop and support the IR strategy, by building and maintaining communications within the investment community
