Job description / Role
Candidate should have prior exposure in coordination of MEP site works with Main contractor and other agencies involved.
Knowledge of installation of various MEP system, construction sequence and ability to plan the site activities with required resource planning to meet the execution program is required.
Ability to resolve site issues effectively with client, consultant, and other agencies is essential.
Should be able to prepare & monitor progress reports based on site progress and provide periodic site reports as required for the project.
Should be responsible for the implementation of HSE and QA/QC requirements at site
Requirements
Graduate Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with 20-25 years of techno-commercial experience in handling MEP works of large mulch-disciplined commercial or industrial projects like Airports, hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, etc. with ability to lead a team of Site Managers and Engineers.
