Employment: Full Time

Our Client is a highly prosperous and profitable Wireless Operator currently seeking an IT Enterprise Architect at Senior Manager / Director Level.

You will be expected to assist the company in understanding the current landscape and to set out clear IT Strategy and implementation plans to develop the company's IT capability. You will enable the business to cope with the expected growth in the next 5 years.

Requirements

Has at least 15+ years overall IT experience with 10+ years direct experience working as a Technical Architect.

Able to establish, communicate and agree technology strategy for the business which will align with commercial strategy. This should include IM Strategy, applications, integration, middleware, technology infrastructure, and security architecture and be able to develop a cohesive and coherent set of architectures that support the business needs and policies.

Has expertise in design, development and deployment of applications (both bespoke and COTS)

Direct experience in Telco infrastructure architecture, modeling, integration, design, quality engineering to implement various infrastructure components

Continually improve technology systems and their value to the overall business, by improving the coherent use of data and information within the technology space.

Has proven track record and knowledge of Design and Implementation of governance, Security Information Management Frameworks.

Able to lead a highly competent IT team and provide mentoring to enable the team to progress aggressively and to improve delivery cycles.

Has extensive experience of project management methodology including Agile, DSDM, and has proven track record of delivery rapid solutions and enablement to the business.

Establish competency framework for IT organization and ensure the establishment of training programs to enable the team to elevate to higher technical and management level. And ensure clarity of roles in the IT department.

Establish and develop clear IT policies, to include technology, security, management, vendor and partner communications, and quality.

Deliver technical architectures that can meet the current and future needs of the business; research, evaluate, define and maintain corporate data and rationalize potential overlaps into coherent programs of work.

Be able to communicate with technology partners at all levels to include managed services and other partners. And demonstrate experience in working at the Enterprise level.

Work with a wide variety of senior stakeholders across the organization and help shape future technical investments.

Has extensive knowledge of Hardware, Network Infrastructure, Tools, Data & Management Systems, Concepts and Technologies.

Has substantial experience in Business Change Management and in deliveriy organization transformation across various levels.

Has a track record of managing data/information architectural development at enterprise level

Can demonstrable experience of involvement in projects that have helped organizations achieve their business goals.
