About the Business: Description and Desired Qualifications Sr. Mechanical Packages Engineer - Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Purpose: Sr. Mechanical Packages Engineer who will carry out the FEED and detailed design engineering independently for packages. Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities: To be the Project Lead Package engineer independently leading a medium to large scale project (FEED, Detailed Design etc.) Scope Review, FEED endorsement; Package selection report Project manpower planning and scheduling Review and provide mechanical input to PFD's, P&ID's, Material selection Preparation of data sheets, specification and material requisition for process mechanical packages such as Gas Sweetening, Gas Dehydration, LPG Extraction etc. and Utility packages such as I.A. Compressor, Nitrogen Generation, Boilers, Fired Heaters etc. Fully Conversant with International codes like ASME, API, BS etc. Technical evaluation of Vendor offers, Attend Vendor meetings Vendor drawing review, Reply to Vendor queries, follow up with Vendors etc. |
RequirementsRequirementsBasic Qualifications Key qualifications of this position includes: Job Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering Fifteen (15) years of Package Design experience Previous Design experience in engineering consultancy or EPC Company.
