Planning and managing projects according to plan are the responsibilities of the Sr. Real Estate Projects Coordinator. The person in this job you will supervise up to 20 subcontract employees, coordinate diverse activities within functional area, and plan work for assigned staff.

An undergraduate degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Business Administration is required, along with 10 years of project management experience including facility construction, or remodeling.

Requirements

- A Bachelors in Engineering/Architecture/Civil/Construction from an accredited university
- Entry level, 3 - 5 years' project controls experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office required for use in completing assignments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in groups, and be a team player
- Prior oil and gas construction experience is a plus
