The RoleThe Role1.Identify both financial and operational risks and analyze their impact in a strategic context. 2.Manage risk - informed suggestions on improving the risk management framework. 3.Manage complexity - enhance understanding of key controls to enable the company to standardize and simplify processes, and create more aligned organizations. 4.Reduce compliance costs - advise on an integrated and efficient approach to regulatory compliance. 5.Advise on how to communicate effectively and reliably with stakeholders. 6.Assist the Company Board and senior management establish and communicate the organization’s objectives and direction. 7.Assist management with integrating risk management with the strategy development process 8.Develop and communicate risk management policies and risk limits 9.Establish, communicate and facilitate the use of appropriate Risk management methodologies, tools and techniques. 10.Assist in the resource allocation decisions, including providing an independent view regarding proposed business plans. 11.Conduct periodic risk assessments and response plans including ensuring appropriate disaster recovery plans are in place for the organization 12.Collaborate with departments to improve business processes, controls and risk management measures 13.Develop strategic risk management plans to support business goals. 14.Provide strategic vision to link positive commercial outcomes with risk management. 15.Management of potential loss incidences. 16.Identify and implement improvements to the Company’s risk management framework. 17.Conducts a quality check of all documents and reports, verifying accuracy of data, information, and calculations. 18.Assists in preparing and maintaining the project policies, procedures, and manuals. |
RequirementsRequirements•Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field. •Preferable Risk Management / PMP Certified •Knowledge in Risk Management •5-7 years of experience in Risk management/ Project Management •Excellent command of English, Arabic language |
