Purpose of the Position:
The IT Consultant is responsible to provide strategic guidance to the company with regards to IT Infrastructure and providing highly expert technical assistance and enhancement of major company in technical process enhancements to Information Technology.

Requirements

Experience and Qualification

Core Skills
Minimum 3-5Years of Experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or IT related course is a MUST
Strong written and verbal skills are preferred
Knowledgeable about all aspects of Information Technology
Must have good understanding on software development processes
Strong Team Management Skills
Experience leading or managing small teams effectively and planning structuring analytical work

Field of Expertise
Experience in VMware (ESXi, HyperV and other virtualization)
Experience in Virtualization/ Virtual Servers
Experience with Networks such as SAN (Storage Area Network)
Experience working in a large, complex global environment
Extensive knowledge in Backup Systems

Certification
Certification in Cisco
Certification in Microsoft
Certification in VMware

CONSULTANCY We provide consultancy in IT infrastructure. Our specialties are Network Storage Virtualization Backup and (disaster) recovery IT Security Broad spectrum IT troubleshooting and optimization What sets us apart is that our consultants are both heavy technical specialist but also have a broad knowledge from many years of working in diverse consultancy jobs. OPERATIONS Our operations center is setup in Dubai Media City. From here we provide monitoring, service, support and it infrastructure operations 24/7 to clients around the world. In most cases the clients own their own equipment and it is located at their own and/or at co-location facilities. We provide the monitoring and operations via VPN. EZE is taking responsibility running the systems, reporting to the client at regular intervals both on incidents, issues, fixes and documentation that we have held the agreed SLAs Some of the services we provide: Network, Storage and virtualization systems Monitoring Maintenance Support Development Backup restore and disaster recovery operations General it operations outsourcing From the operations center we can provide 24/7 monitoring of your systems, 24/7 support or just business hours, depending on your needs. We always work against SLAs agreed with the customer and the statues are a natural part of the regular reporting.
