Job description / Role
Position: Sri Lankan / Malaysian Quantity Surveyor - Qatar - 10 years post graduate exp.
Location: Doha, Qatar
QAR 26,000 per month + Annual return flights & Private Medical
Working with a leading multinational cost consultancy, my client is currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 10 years post graduate (BSc: quantity surveying) experience. The project is a prestigious landmark luxury resort, comprised of 100 bedrooms Hotel with villas, mosque and luxury SPA located in the heart of Doha.
Post contract duties: responsible for contract administration, cash flow, cost reporting, processing payments approval, review claims/VOs
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- BSc: Quantity Surveying
- 10 YEARS POST GRADUATE EXPERIENCE ** ESSENTIAL**
- Experience working with consultancy/contractor on buildings projects
- Experience of delivering complex contracts
- Experience working within the GCC (Minimum Of one year)
