Job description / Role

Staffing Specialist - (Sohar)

* Screen and identify qualified applicants for our major clients; ranging from industrial to office
* Conduct daily full-screen face to face interviews with applicants
* Communicate with hiring managers and decision makers at client sites
* Fill temporary, temporary to hire and direct placement positions
* Visit prospect client locations and maintain current client relations to generate business
* Participate in job fairs and networking events in the community
* Perform associate appraisals and safety inspections
* Verify employment qualifications which includes background checks and drug screens
* Monthly staffing reporting preparation and distribution
* University campus and technical institute recruiting and brand building support
* Analytical, research and administrative support for the Employee Relations and HR Standards team

Requirements

* University degree - Human Resources or Administration Education is an advantage
* 3-5 years of experience.
* English (fluent) required,
* Leadership and Interpersonal
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service orientation
* Self-awareness of personal strengths, development needs and impact on others
