Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

* Workforce Succession Planning
* Determine the workforce plan for each year.
* Recruit, interviews, tests, and select employees to fill vacant positions & follow KPIs.
* Prepare report and recommends to procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover
* Follow & verifying Compensation and Benefits of the organization based on the policies and procedures as well as Oman labor law.
* Develop and maintain recruitment process in the organization.
* Manage internal & external recruitment process & database.
* Involved in developing organization manpower plan.
* Advice management whenever required with regards to recruitment performance.
* Oversee screening and short listing of prospective candidates and accordingly engage respective business units for reviews and interviews planning.
* Source suitable candidates through direct advertising, recruitment agencies & career fairs.
* Assisting applicants with their interview techniques.
* Developing a relationship with interviewers.
* Arranging client interviews with candidates who have been short listed for a particular position.
* Arranging job offer letter from client for successful candidate.
* Involved in negotiating the salary between the line managers and the candidate.
* Updating my database with the details of potential candidates.
* Giving clients advice and guidance on appropriate pay rates, training and career development.
* Building own database of candidates.

Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor degree, prefer on Human Resource Management or IT ( Microsoft background).
* 2 to 3 years experience on recruitment. prefer in Oil and Gas.
* communication Skills.
* Presentation Skills.
* Good English Language spoken, written.
