Job description / Role

Our Middle East Transport Division is looking to recruit a Stakeholder Manager for a major highway project in Qatar.
- Stakeholder management for the approval of the design with the concerned parties of client, third party approvals.
- Stakeholder management is required to Manage review, develop and report on the procedures for stakeholder approvals and management.
- assist contractor with the supply of required information and staff to progress the stakeholder approval process.
- Monitor records of stakeholder Coordination and develop procedures and monitor progress of actions to confirm compliance with stakeholder Approval Compliance and sign off
- Maintain records and registers of Shareholder compliance, actions and Approvals or NOC
- Develop procedures and record procedures for Management and obtaining approvals for all Stakeholder on an individual bases identify the concerned persons or departments.

Requirements
- Have Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering with 10 years post graduate experience
- Have knowledge of the Qatar approval process for Roads, Bridges and Utility Designs
- Have 3 years' experience of Design approvals in Qatar
- Be able to communicate in Arabic and English
- Have 5 years' experience of working on Highway projects in the GCC
- Have a Qatar Driving licences and be prepared to drive in Qatar
- Excellent organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Good forward planning skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative without supervision
- Ability to work under pressure.
