Our client, who is one of the leading consultancies in the GCC, requires a Statutory Authority Coordinator to join them on a permanent based out in Kuwait initially, to work across all divisions.

The successful candidate will be expected to have a solid experience in permitting/statutory authority approvals in architecture/engineering/construction projects. Additionally the candidate should have strong procedural management skills.

Duties

• Develop, mobilize, implement and evolve a company wide best practice Statutory Authority system on all projects
• Provide and efficient and consistent exchange, review, control and delivery of coordination support to the local permitting manager to secure approvals, agreements and/or undertakings with stakeholders including government departments, authorities, regulatory bodies, various agencies through project hand over and archiving
• Ability to communication complex information, concepts, policies and positions, both verbally and in writing, to internal and external audiences
• Demonstrates ability to input on policies, standard, or procedures for the improvement of QA & IMS documentation in relation to role profiles associates with function

• Ability to map process
• Must be degree qualified
• Solid experience in a procedural management position ideally permitting
