Job description / Role
The Stock Coordinator coordinates with Stock Controller on matters relating to the stock accuracy, product storage classification, Inventory analysis
Main Responsibilities:
• In charge of cycle counts and inventories.
• Stock verifications
• Query investigation and resolution
• Regular management information and accurate reporting
• Analysing and presentation of reports for management review.
• Ensure all records are filed and maintained in a systematic method or as directed by the management and easily retrievable when required
• Participate in the stock-takes in various inventory locations.
• Reconcile of physical stock with system stock and analysis of stock-take variances.
• Inspect stocks periodically and randomly at different warehouses/ stores (to ensure that inventories are well maintained at any given time)
• Monitor inventory transfers and follow-up of shortages arising from internal transfers
• Process duly approved inventory adjustments
• Perform other stock and sales related tasks required from time to time
• Support Stock controller with tasks related
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree, preferably in Accounting and/or Business Administration
• 0 - 2 years experience (Candidates with no previous experience/ fresh graduates will be considered provided they have the right attitude, motivation and drive)
• Fluent in English
• Good communication skills
• Team player
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
