Job description / Role
Responsibilities:
GENERAL SERVICES:
Daily support to the stores related to cash management fiscal and administrative issues;
Key contact for local vendors, banks and local insurer regarding administrative issues;
Key contact for other internal functions with respect to administrative issues;
ACCOUNTING:
Sales collection reconciliation.
Posting of travel expenses.
Inter-company and third parties vendor invoices postings.
Advances and credit vouchers reconciliation of SAP and Beanstore.
Processing local vendor payment on internet banking.
Daily and monthly bank report preparation to the Group Treasury Department.
Bank posting and reconciliation.
Pre-paid expenses posting and reconciliation.
Maintaining and accounting accruals posting.
Key contact for tax auditors regarding requests of accounting documentation.
Accurate archiving of accounting documents.
ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES:
Archive of legal and fiscal documentation of the company.
Administrative control of periodic fiscal stock takes.
Requirements
Native Arabic Speaker, Fluent in English.
Retail Experience.
Based in KSA.
Holds transferable VISA.
MS Office Experience.
Plus: Experience with SAP.
Plus: Has experience to work International fashion brand as accountant.
