Store Administration Executive (HR) - IKEA - Cairo Festival City - Cairo, Egypt

We currently have an opportunity for a Store Administration Executive, based in Cairo. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the following -

* support the store office management with administration, will place necessary orders for store stock and will be in charge of the new employee administration.
* Will be archiving documents in a safe and confidential place.
* Will make travel and hotel accommodation arrangements for appointed staff.
* Will be first point of contact during auditing to easy provide the required documents or reports.
* Will be taking care of the integration and induction of the new employees, their welfare, organising social events and annual parties.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will be degree educated and have two to three years of commercial experience gained within an administration / human resources department.
Key to your success will be your ability to communicate at all levels throughout the business as well as your strong attention to detail.
