Job description / Role
Spanning 96,000 square feet, Level Shoe District is the worlds largest shoe store. The premises are located at the heart of the biggest shopping centre in the world, Dubai Mall. The store includes 43 concessions and four departments which play host to a range of over 300 designers such as Louboutin, Fendi, Dior, Gucci and Miu Miu, to name a few.
The Level Store Director is responsible for setting up the store's goals and objectives, budgets and commercial targets in alignment with the Groups strategic direction for the short and long term. In addition, he/she is responsible for the planning and development of the retail brand, managing the human capital in his/her area, directly or through subordinate managers, ensuring excellence of commercial performance.

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree, ideally in Business
- Over ten years in a luxury retail background (ideally in footwear and accessories)
- Managerial experience (e.g. area manager, department store manager or role with similar scope)
- Multinational exposure
- Excellent English is required, Arabic and French are a plus
