Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Assets
Ensure the proper conservation, utilization and profitability of the stores assets.
Ensure the correct implementation of the Duty Manager rules.
Ensure staffs adhere properly to the accommodation rules.
Ensure staff accommodation is well maintained and secured as per company commitment.
Propose and manage the application of investments that reinforce the notion of discount productivity and profitability.
Guarantee the quality, the application and protection of the Know-How in the Company.
Ensure that MAF-Carrefour HR image adds value to employees & external bodies.
Ensure the means of internal communication and their content in the store.
Control the social climate of the store.
Participate with the management team to the stores strategic plan and guarantee its proper (correct) execution.
Ensure the good corporate citizens relation with government, social institutions and the communities.
Report any action that might interfere with the proper functioning of the Company.

Human Resources
Be a model of application of the MAF-Carrefour management system and Company corporate policies.
Promote and practice communication and participatory management within the teams.
Practice & guarantee the respect of MAF-Carrefours Values: Freedom, Responsibility, Sharing, Respect, Integrity, Solidarity and Progress.
Ensure Management adapts the proper human resources approach.
Guarantee the respect of labor laws, rules and cultural practices of the country.
Highlight the inequilibrium between the social responsibility and economical power of managers in the store.
Ensure proper application of HR policies in the store, i.e. (promotion, interviews).
Ensure that all governmental required documents are followed correctly and well implemented.
Ensure the participation of the team in the quest for enhancement of working conditions and productivity.
Carry out Performance Analysis and negotiate the Particular Objectives, once a year, with the members of the team.
Identify employees with high potential and growth in the store and propose evolution.
Ensure training actions contribute to the progress of the stores employees.
Ensure employee remuneration are within the Countrys salary and Benefits scale.
Contribute to the equilibrium between internal promotions and new recruitments.
Prepare with the Management team the manpower planning.
Follow-up the development of newly recruited managers.
Contribute to the proper functioning of the PR/PO and performance analysis.
Ensure the hygiene & security plans are implemented.
Ensure synergy with various departments.
Communicate the social information that might affect the activities and / or image of the Company.
Contribute to the comprehension of the Human Resources policies.

Merchandize
Ensure the proper contract implementation of service providers and suppliers.
Ensure that service providers/ suppliers are implementing the contract properly.
Report any misapplication of merchandise training modules.

Finance
Propose and take necessary actions towards continuous reduction in the cost of distribution.
Propose actions to reduce complaints related to work justice.
Ensure that all payroll inputs are accurate and timely.
Ensure the respect of the budget and forecast, and take appropriate measures when necessary.
Contribute, with the store management team, to the preparation of the yearly budget.
Respect and insure the respect of procedures in accordance with the D.O.A.
Ensure the realization of investment in accordance with the budget.
Report any action that might interfere with the proper functioning of the Company.

Requirements

University Qualifications: BSc in Human Resources
Other certifications obtained: BSc in Business Administration
Nature and length of previous experience: 2+ years experience in HR
Specialist knowledge: Word, Budgeting, Training, HR Operations, Manpower Planning, Talent Aquisition
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Leadership, Communication,
Age Range: 24-38
Gender Preference: Male
Nationality Preference: United Arab Emirates
Language Fluency: English
