Thisposition is for the Parts Warehouse department in Abu Dhabi, reporting to theParts SalesManager. The main functionsof the role are as follows:

Main Responsibilities:

* Assign tasks to the pickers, monitor progress of tasks and ensure that the tasks are completed on time.

* Ensure that the goods are stored in proper locations that enable easy retrieval.

* Update the storage locations, process Goods Receipts and other warehouse transactions in the computer system promptly and accurately.

* Process discrepancies in goods received in the warehouse.

* Monitor and ensure proper warehouse housekeeping.

* Perform regular stock-check and report discrepancies.

Requirements

Skills:

* Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written, are a pre- requisite for this job.
* PC applications. Knowledge of MS word and MS Excel is essential. Knowledge of ERP system is preferred.
* Needs to be a good leader with strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline or equivalent.
* At least 5 years experience in warehousing of spare parts.
