Job description / Role

STORE KEEPER
1. Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders, processes and distributes documentation and reports.
2. Initializing of materials discrepancy inspection upon delivery of orders received.
3. Makes Intra and inter- site office delivery of materials requested and surplus office materials.
4. Ensure the records update of delivery and pre-order materials.
5. Maintain store record files, inventory, overseeing of storage & documentation confidentially.
6. Responsible of tracking for undelivered & for exchange materials.
7. Coordinating with supplier for shifting of materials in the site including ships cancellation.
8. Handles and documents storage and transporting of hazardous materials with full anticipation with site HSE team.
9. Maintains the records area, warehouse, store area in a neat and orderly manner.
10. Direct contact for such materials need for repairs, discrepancies, receipts issues, deliveries, warranties and itemization of all store materials in the site.

Requirements

1. Should have at least 2 or more years site experience in any GCC countries holding the same position.
2. Should have UAE valid residence visa.
3. Must have knowledge in computer program such Xcel, Words, power point etc.
4. Energetic individual and must able to perform physical activities such as but not limited to lifting, bending, standing climbing and walking on a consistent basis.
5. Should have educational background and must understand English very well both oral and writing aspects.
