Job description / Role
- Leads team in achieving store performance targets. Analyse, monitor sales/stocks and recommend to the BM on ways to improve the brand and store performance.
- Ensure staff, stock & store are managed within brand guidelines and that the store is visually presented to the highest possible standards.
- Effectively manage administration paper work.
- Enforce health & safety procedures set by the Govt. and company management. Maintain and regulate administration procedures to protect the company's assets
- Motivate, train and develop staff to meet the short and medium term needs of the store.
- Pay specific attention to detailed product knowledge and interpersonal skills
- Provide & communicate all customer/merchandise quality feedback to assist in the decision making process of the brand. Ensure all store staff are aware of communication from HO.
Requirements
To develop, supervise and lead the stores sales team to maximise sales performance and protect the companys' investments and assets by ensuring company procedures are followed. This contributes fundamentally to the companys' financial performance.
At least 4 years experience as a sales associate in a similar role in fashion retail industry and multiple years as a store manager in a high service mono brand retail concept or multiple years as a department manager in a large format multi brand high service retail environment.
Minimum High School graduate. Must be sales focused with strong organizational skills and good communication, leadership, interpersonal, customer service, administrative and time management skills.
