Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a prestigious fashion / luxury brand of ready-to-wear clothing. Our client is opening a new boutique in Abu Dhabi and is looking to hire a bilingual (Arabic / English) Store Manager.
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store and ensure they are in line with the company's policies and procedures. You will also supervise retail teams and coordinate closely on activity flow, staff evaluation, brand performance and other administrative functions.
Additionally, you will work in line with the Retail Manager and provide necessary monthly reports and feedback. Furthermore, you will attend to buying if required as well as focus on upgrading customer relations management and brand performance.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 3 years experience as a Store Manager in the Middle East. You should possess a strong ability to build and maintain positive and effective relationships. Excellent English and Arabic communication skills are essential. Our client has stated a preference for a bilingual female candidate for this position.
