Store Manager – Female Clothing Apparel

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Store Manager for one of the leading retail companies in the UAE. The purpose of this post is to achieve store targets, through effective management of the store team in compliance to the organizational policies and procedures.

This holder of this position will manage and lead the store into achieving personal, store and KPIS targets in order to meet the overall organizational objectives. Maintain high levels of profitability through control of discounts, general expenses, stock-loss, and sell-through in order to meet profitability targets. Oversee the Store Maintenance and Operations, provide exemplary Customer Service & Relationship Management, and provide Leadership to the whole store team. Training the store staff, managing the appraisal process, and monitoring the performance of the staff are also part of the key accountabilities of the Store Manager.

Requirements

Ideal candidates for this position must be a Diploma holder, with at least 2 years experience in the similar role. He or she must have excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Multi-tasking, Leadership, and Problem Solving Skills.

The salary for this position will range up to AED 18,000 depending on the candidate’s experience, with an additional offer of other great additional benefits. This position will also offer a progressive and fantastic opportunity for career development.

Essential

• Minimum level of education: Diploma Holder
• Minimum 2 years Experience in similar role
• Retail Experience within bridge brands
• Experience of working within stand alone retail outlets
• Well versed in MS Office
• Knowledge in local culture and sensitivities
• Knowledge of the competition within the regional market
• Knowledge of changes in fashion trends
• Fluency in English is essential

Desirable

• Any additional languages would be a distinct advantage
