The RoleThe RoleAccountable to maximize store contribution through exploiting every opportunity to drive sales. Responsible to reduce stock loss, maximize merchandising opportunities and maintain cost controls. Deliver high levels of motivation and development to a diverse team whose first language is not English whilst ensure individual and store compliance with all company regulations and procedures. The key performance indicators are store sales, compliance to brand in store visual merchandising, maintaining cost and stockloss control, people management and development and compliance to in store administration |
RequirementsRequirementsMinimum 3 years experience within fashion or food retail, with the last role being within a management Store Manager role. Good communication skills. Previous experience in working within a multi cultural and diverse store environment. Fluent written and spoken English |
