Store Manager - Jewellery

Job description / Role

Leap29 are currently working with a prestigious Jewellery company from Bahrain who are expanding into Saudi Arabia, seeking a new Store Manager with Saudi experience and a great sales background. The position would be expected to grow into a regional manager, once the store has become a success you would need to hire a full team for a second store and then a third and so on. You would be expected to hit your sales targets and will receive a commission on those sales.

You will report to the company sales head and be responsible for; ensuring allocated sales target for the outlet are achieved. Facilitating the sales staff for smooth execution of day to day sales activities. Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures within the organization. Facilitating smooth co-ordination with HO for day to day issues.

Requirements

- 7 years of hands on sales experience in a jewellery store or a luxury brand
- Good standard of education
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Understanding the customer preferences and tastes
- Operated a VIP list of customers
- Fluent English AND Arabic is essential. Please only apply if you are fluent in both.
- Any GIA certificates will be highly beneficial
