Job description / Role
One of the largest International Fashion Retailers is looking for their Flagship Store Manager. With the responsibility of representing the Global Fashion giant here in the Middle East, they are looking for an experienced, passionate Retailer to join their team.
The role is one of high responsibility and would consist of the following:
- Perform management and business development
- Analyse the business and propose and implement action plans to improve results
- Demonstrate leadership for staff and set performance targets with relevant KPIs
- Client management
- Manage customer service quality to meet customer expectations
- Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen/build relationships and new customers
- Maximise team spirit by motivating the team
- Ensure the brand standards are maintained at all times
- Ensure the Visual Merchandising standards are consistent with company standards
- Report regularly the sales performance and store figures to Senior Management
Requirements
- 5-7 years experience in a Luxury Fashion brand in a similar capacity
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Excellent personal presentation and high image standards
- Strong communication and selling skills
- Administration and Financial skills
- Excellent relationship skills
- Strong relationship skills, confidence and professional
