Store Manager - Luxury (Doha)

A luxury brand is seeking a Store Manager to manage the day-to-day running, operations and commercial aspects of their brand new store
* Managing and motivating the team to increase sales, ensure efficiency and a high level of customer service *Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales
* Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organising training and development
* Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
* Maintaining and developing relationships with customers

Requirements

* Female Arabic speaker
* Retail experience is a must
* Well presented with excellent communication
* Strong at building customer relationships
* Senior Sales experience
