Sales, Customer & Operations:
Lead team in achieving store targets;
Lead team in achieving store performance requirements;
Analyze and monitor sales/stocks;
Recommend ways to improve the brand and store performance;
Provide exceptional customer;
Ensure high customer satisfaction;
Ensure detailed knowledge of product and services;
Ensure smooth complaint resolution;
Assist all in-store marketing activities/events;
Standards:
Ensure strict compliance with brand procedures and policies in stock, sales and merchandising;
Ensure Health, Safety & Emergency procedures;
Effectively manage administrative work;
Ensure protection of company's assets;
Ensure impeccable execution of brand manager requests;
Training:
Motivate, train and develop team members to ensure store goals are achieved;
Guide team members by improving skills and capabilities on sales, conduct and operational procedures, product knowledge and interpersonal skills;
Reporting & Communication:
Communicate all customer/merchandise quality feedback to assist in the brand decision making process;
Ensure communication from Head Office to all team;
Ensure clear and relevant communication flow with brand manager.
Requirements
Education:
High School graduate;
Sales and fashion focused;
Strong organizational skills;
Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal understanding;
Customer oriented, well-presented and a true team player;
Ability to comply and ensure strict quality standards;
Relevant Experience:
At least 4 years experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in fashion retail industry in a mono brand retail concept;
