Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The retail store manager is responsible for developing and maintaining fundamental operational systems and procedures in retail, including overall management of the operations teams ensuring teamwork, customer satisfaction and business profitability.
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive and integrated marketing, communications, sales and promotion strategies to targeted groups, including new contacts and potential customers.
- Conduct research that includes product mix, competitive analysis, pricing, USPs, and market trends to assess actual and potential market opportunities or increase market share.
- Determine the demand for products, its competitors, for wholesale and retail markets.
- Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the company's profits or market share as well as ensuring customers satisfaction.
- Design and implement various corporate marketing strategies and develop activities that maximize consumer experience and customers loyalty program.
- Establish marketing/sales information systems and database to include customer feedback analysis.
- Expand and develop new business units, products and territories and identify additional business opportunities.
- Manages and improves the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission.
- Support better management reporting, information flow, business process, and organizational planning.
- Contributes to short and long-term organizational planning, including initiatives geared toward operational excellence.
- Oversees overall operational, financial and resources management, planning, systems and controls with the CEO.
- Develops and maintains annual budget with the CEO office.
- Performs on-going in-depth analysis of sales, sales agreement and promotion performance data.
- Measures and reports sales & profit performance on a regular basis.
- Oversees with other managers, proper staff allocations and resources work schedules.
- Oversees employee performance management, training and development.
- Performs other tasks as required by the CEO office.

Requirements

- University Graduate.
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in a successful Retail Company.
- Excellent Business management experience.
- Strong operational and people management skills.
- 3 Years plus of Multi-site / Multi Store retail operations experience.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent communication, analytical, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and passionate about driving the business and achieving success.
