Leap29 are currently recruiting for a Store Manager for a Luxury Jewelry retailer in Dubai that manufactures, designs and distributes its own brand in the GCC, US and Italy. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate in the Jewelry industry to join a business which is rapidly growing, offering exciting career prospects and the chance to travel internationally to desirable locations.
The new Store Manager will be responsible for the overall running of the store such as visual merchandisng, following up on customer requests and serving VIP Clients. You will also be responsible for monitoring the sales staff and their performance, monitoring KPI’s. In addition you will be required to be a positive company representative when travelling internationally to Jewelry exhibitions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years Retail experience
- Must have recently worked in the Jewelry industry serving VIP clients
- At least be at Assistant Manager level in current role
- Fluency in Arabic & English is mandatory
- GCC experience is desirable however willingness to travel when required is necessary
