This opportunity is with a large Luxury Retail Group with a strong presence across the Gulf.
As a Store Manager you would cover the entire management of the store, ensure profit maximization through employee coordination and motivation and responsible for attaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. You would additionally be responsible for inventory management, employee staffing and training, handling customer complaints and queries, sales and revenue management, ensuring employee satisfaction and formulating advertising and marketing policies. This job requires multitasking, leadership, and quick decision-making abilities.
Requirements
To be successful you would ideally possess 5 years of experience in handling day-to-day retail operations with a high-end retail shops in the market, within a luxury retail business.
