The Store Manager is responsible for managing the team ensuring to achieve the sales targets through outstanding customer service, deliver sales reports, and manage efficiently the stock as he/she is fully accountable of the inventory process and result. In addition, he/she is accountable for the implementation of the company’s policies and procedures.
The drive to meet and exceed goals and standards of excellence in spite of obstacles, lack of support, opposition or discouragement; the ability to take prompt actions to achieve goals beyond requirements, to seek out new responsibilities and acts on opportunities.
The ability to manage several people conducting similar activities by fostering high standards at the workplace; the ability to understand the organization’s missions and functions; and the ability to make difficult decisions in a timely manner.
University Degree preferably in Business Administration or Marketing
4 - 5 years preferably in retail shop management
Arabic and English speaker
