Job description / Role
An iconic fashion brand is currently looking to hire a Store Manager for one of their boutiques in Jeddah, KSA.
As the Store Manager your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing the store's day-to-day operations
* Supervising the retail sales and monitoring staff performance, ensuring that the customer service is at par with the world renowned quality of the brand
* Ensuring that the store delivers a strong and commercial visual package
* Manage cash & stock account systems
* Providing great service through engagement of your customers and great store standards
Requirements
* Must be Male/ Arabic Speaking
* Graduate in any discipline
* Senior retail management experience in luxury fashion
* Extensive background in dealing with VIP clientele
* Strong leadership people management skills - leading & delegating responsibility as well as being hands-on
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
