The RoleThe RoleDo you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience leading a team of 40 to 50 people in a large retail store? Are you able to adapt to and implement change through a positive and proactive management style? Experience in objectively managing performance by setting and exceeding commercial targets is essential, as is team building skills in a multicultural environment. |
RequirementsRequirementsRequired Skills and Qualifications: • A qualification in a Business- or Management-related programme obtained from a reputable learning institute. • A clean, valid UAE Driving License. • Evidence of delivering effective customer-focused commercial solutions. • The ability to communicate effectively through speaking, reading and writing the English language at a business level. • The capacity to drive sales and meet KPI targets whilst maintaining expenses within budget. • An adaptable and confident attitude, coupled with the drive to succeed. • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster including weekends and evening shifts.
