Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Salary: AED 10,000 – 13,000

A leading luxury watches and jewellery retailer is keen to hire a Store Planner to supply the stock for all of the stores throughout the Middle East and India region.

Responsibilities:

Boutiques Replenishment:
Boutiques contact for every question of products availability. Ensure the best delivery delay.
Follow up and manage firm orders from the supplier to the final delivery in boutique.
Balance the stock between boutiques to optimize our products availability vs. assortment.
Manage internal transfer.

Supplier & Logistic Contact:
Supplier order processing (EDI creation).
Provide supplier delivery delay information to the Marketing Department.
Return management and perform a follow-up.
Check the weekly automatic replenishment.
Request stock and availability.
Work closely in collaboration with our local logistic (Free Zone).

Data Management Guarantee the Quality of the System Information:
Creation of novelties in NSI (reference, description, prices, category, status).
Manage the coherence of the supplier portfolio.
Update the assortment in Model stock.
Extract multiple reports from our system.

Analysis and Project:
Analyse and follow up the evolution and the volume of monthly deliveries.
Analyse and follow up the suppliers deliveries of novelties.
Implement KPI on Firms orders (Volume and service rate).
Coordinate special event supply.

Requirements

The successful candidates will have:
BAs degree in Science.
1-2 years in a supply chain, merchandising department.
Good knowledge of Office (Particularly Excel).
Knowledge of NSI, SAP is a +.
Comfortable in general with most IT.
