Job description / Role
Responsible of overseeing a wide variety of store activities. People Management includes hiring, planning, assigning daily work, conducting performance appraisal, addressing performance issues and resolving problems. Orients, trains, schedules, monitors, evaluates and provides direction to store staff. Performs product inventory in accordance with established policies and maintains related records. Communicate & Implement change as directed. Supervise the Store Accountant and ensure the physical existence of Prescribed Office Supplies, General & Medical Supplies as per policies and procedures. Recommending measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department and work crew and equipment performance. Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of the department activities. Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior. Supervision of all staff under your direct or indirect control. Schedules and deadlines are adhered to. Performs applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities as required.
Requirements
Graduate from accredited College/University in commerce, five years of relevant store experience in a hospital (including 2+ year of previous supervisory experience), or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to communication effectively in English language both verbal and written.
